Guangzhou will arrange an investment of RMB 30 million to establish an E-Commerce Application Support Fund for Guangzhou's Small and Medium Enterprises between 2009 and 2011, according to the Guangzhou Office of Informatization.
The program will provide aid to 3000 of Guangzhou's foreign-oriented enterprises and 30,000 home-oriented enterprises enabling them to apply E-Commerce through government purchases.
